Na sexta-feira (18\/3) ocorreu, na Comunidade Evang\u00e9lica Martin Luther, a Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria da Cooperativa de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Transporte de Teut\u00f4nia (Comatra). A reuni\u00e3o tinha como objetivo a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas das atividades realizadas em 2021, apresentando relat\u00f3rio da gest\u00e3o, balan\u00e7o geral, demonstrativo de sobras e plano de trabalho para o exerc\u00edcio 2022, destina\u00e7\u00e3o do resultado do exerc\u00edcio e reten\u00e7\u00f5es, elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros do Conselho Fiscal, entre outros assuntos de interesse do quadro social.
O presidente da cooperativa, Werner Wiebusch, comentou sobre as dificuldades e mudan\u00e7as repentinas com a chegada da pandemia, que acarretou em incertezas e aumento de pre\u00e7os, por\u00e9m acredita que aos poucos tudo ir\u00e1 voltar a ser como antes. Lembrou ainda que a Comatra estar\u00e1 fazendo 30 anos em 2022 e que o faturamento cresceu nos \u00faltimos anos, apesar de os resultados n\u00e3o terem seguido o mesmo \u00edndice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas
<\/strong>Na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas, a diretora-secret\u00e1ria Marli B. A. Menegussi apresentou n\u00fameros gerais do cooperativismo brasileiro e ga\u00facho, destacando os indicadores do ramo de transportes. Com \u00eanfase em Teut\u00f4nia, destacou as 322 empresas ativas de ANTT, das quais duas s\u00e3o cooperativas, 154 s\u00e3o empresas e 166 s\u00e3o transportadores aut\u00f4nomos. A\u00a0Comatra\u00a0alcan\u00e7ou 558 associados no \u00faltimo exerc\u00edcio.
Ao falar de rendimento, destacou o faturamento bruto em 12,4% gerando um total de R$ 25,2 milh\u00f5es em 2021 e o desenvolvimento do patrim\u00f4nio da cooperativa que dobrou nos \u00faltimos cinco anos. O diretor-superintendente Martim Rhein\u00a0apresentou o montante de R$ 4,6 milh\u00f5es de sobras distribu\u00eddas entre os associados desde 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destina\u00e7\u00e3o das sobras
<\/strong>A finalidade dada \u00e0s sobras dispostas na assembleia foi de R$ 380 mil, os associados decidiram de forma un\u00e2nime pela distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de 90% desse valor para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de transporte durante o ano de 2021 entre os integrantes do quadro social e os 10% restantes para reserva para desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico da Cooperativa. Os associados receber\u00e3o o pagamento das sobras no dia 4 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elei\u00e7\u00e3o
<\/strong>Por haver apenas uma chapa inscrita, ocorreu a renova\u00e7\u00e3o de dois ter\u00e7os do Conselho Fiscal, composto pelos membros efetivos Nilson Juliano Dick, Martin Leandro Stahlhofer e Valdir Ant\u00f4nio Pletsh, tendo como suplentes Alexandre Hollmann, R\u00e9gio Vandr\u00e9 Rutz e Marcelo Tiggemann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
