A rede Parceiros Volunt\u00e1rios (PV), em parceria com o Sebrae RS, leva a alunos e educadores do 8\u00ba ano do Ensino Fundamental ao 3\u00ba ano do Ensino M\u00e9dio a metodologia Tribos Jovens Empreendedores. Iniciada em 2021, tem como valores promovidos o autoconhecimento, prop\u00f3sito, empreendedorismo social e protagonismo jovem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com o programa Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Empreendedora, o projeto prop\u00f5e o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias empreendedoras no per\u00edodo de tr\u00eas anos, por meio de encontros online em assuntos como habilidades socioemocionais, lideran\u00e7a e pr\u00e1tica social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2023 ocorre a conclus\u00e3o do ciclo, que foi especialmente planejado de modo que o desenvolvimento da metodologia ocorresse de forma progressiva e complementar durante tr\u00eas anos (2021-2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se em 2022 as experi\u00eancias tiveram foco na inova\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de estimular a criatividade dos participantes, agora ser\u00e1 a vez das T\u00e9cnicas Empreendedoras, que suscitar\u00e3o o pensamento \u00e9tico e respons\u00e1vel, a aprendizagem com a experi\u00eancia, vis\u00e3o, conhecimento b\u00e1sico financeiro e econ\u00f4mico, planejamento e gest\u00e3o. Tudo isso com uma metodologia \u201cgamificada\u201d, para provar que aprender sobre empreendedorismo e gest\u00e3o pode ser divertido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Santoro, presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da PV, cita que a ideia \u00e9, a cada ano, proporcionar uma experi\u00eancia enriquecedora para educadores e alunos, a fim de oportunizar que o Tribos contribua para o projeto de vida dos estudantes. “E ao fim desse ciclo, formarmos jovens protagonistas de suas comunidades\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vagas <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Os estudantes que participaram de Tribos Jovens Empreendedores nos primeiros dois anos j\u00e1 t\u00eam sua vaga garantida em 2023. Eles receber\u00e3o certificado especial indicando sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o nessa a\u00e7\u00e3o, que tem chancela da Unesco. As capacita\u00e7\u00f5es acontecer\u00e3o por meio de atividades s\u00edncronas, pelo Google Meet, e ass\u00edncronas, com desafios e a\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas complementares, totalizando 8h para os educadores e 16h para os estudantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto tamb\u00e9m contempla professores que possuem disciplinas eletivas nas tem\u00e1ticas empreendedorismo, projeto de vida, meio ambiente ou educa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, uma vez que Tribos oferece recursos que podem ser diretamente aplicados em sala de aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo Daniel Santoro, nesse \u00faltimo ano os educadores ter\u00e3o contato com metodologias \u00e1geis para envolver alunos em projetos sociais; pr\u00e1ticas de lideran\u00e7a; conhecimento b\u00e1sico financeiro e econ\u00f4mico e ainda poder\u00e3o receber um certificado de 30h, com chancela da UNESCO. Ele continua: \u2014 \u201cA experi\u00eancia desperta nesses jovens um processo de empoderamento, que passa por caminhos como o autoconhecimento, a iniciativa, a criatividade, a responsabilidade e a lideran\u00e7a social\u201d. Para Jos\u00e9 Filipe Nunes, Assessor da 12\u00ba CRE Gua\u00edba, o projeto foi um sucesso com os jovens. \u201cO programa Tribos foi tudo o que precis\u00e1vamos para incluir o jovem, pra mostrar que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o pode transformar. Tribos Jovens Empreendedores \u00e9 realizado pela Rede Parceiros Volunt\u00e1rios em parceria com o Sebrae RS, com o apoio da Enter Tech Edu e da Secretaria Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, com chancela da Unesco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de Educadores acontecer\u00e1 de 8 a 18 de maio, nas segundas e quartas-feiras ou nas ter\u00e7as e quintas-feiras, das 19h \u00e0s 21h. J\u00e1 a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de alunos acontece de maio a julho, nas segundas, ter\u00e7as ou quartas-feiras, \u00e0s 14h, 16h ou 18h (de acordo com a turma escolhida).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
