A estimativa consta do Projeto da Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (PLDO) 2024, enviado nesta sexta-feira (14\/4) ao Congresso Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelas estimativas oficiais, a infla\u00e7\u00e3o pelo \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA) cair\u00e1 para 3,52% em 2024, 3,02% em 2025 e 3% em 2026, contra 5,31% previstos para este ano. As proje\u00e7\u00f5es para o \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (INPC), usado na corre\u00e7\u00e3o do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, ser\u00e3o nos mesmos percentuais: 3,3% em 2024, 3,14% em 2025 e 3,07% em 2026, menor que os 5,16% projetados para este ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao IPCA, \u00edndice oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o para o pr\u00f3ximo ano est\u00e1 levemente acima do centro da meta de 3,25% definida pelo Conselho Monet\u00e1rio Nacional (CMN). Como o conselho determina uma margem de toler\u00e2ncia de 1,5 ponto percentual, a infla\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ficar entre 1,75% e 4,75% no pr\u00f3ximo ano sem resultar em descumprimento da meta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O projeto tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea uma m\u00e9dia de 11,08% ao ano para a taxa Selic (juros b\u00e1sicos da economia) em 2024, 9,44% em 2025 e 8,76% em 2026. Atualmente, a Selic est\u00e1 em 13,75% ao ano. O texto enviado ao Congresso prev\u00ea taxa de c\u00e2mbio m\u00e9dia a R$ 5,25 para 2024 e 2025 e R$ 5,33 para 2026. O projeto tamb\u00e9m estima o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do barril do petr\u00f3leo (usado para estimar receitas da Uni\u00e3o com royalties) em US$ 78,06 no pr\u00f3ximo ano, US$ 73,67 em 2025 e US$ 70,22 em 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O projeto original da LDO foi enviado ao Congresso com o teto de gastos ainda em vigor.
