A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 do Programa Nacional de Transpar\u00eancia P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a coordenadora do Controle Interno da Prefeitura, Roberta Petter Ramminger, o selo \u00e9 uma forma de reconhecer o trabalho realizado em prol da transpar\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o. \u201c\u00c9 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Contas do Estado em complemento \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 \u00e9 realizada pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao atendimento de todos os requisitos legais de publica\u00e7\u00f5es do nosso Portal da Transpar\u00eancia\u201d, enfatiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O programa foi lan\u00e7ado em 2022 com a finalidade de fazer um mapeamento, em todo o pa\u00eds, do atendimento \u00e0s regras inerentes \u00e0 transpar\u00eancia p\u00fablica. S\u00e3o avaliadas divulga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os gastos p\u00fablicos, licita\u00e7\u00f5es, sistemas de ouvidoria, gastos com pessoal, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o prefeito Elmar Schneider, o Governo de Estrela\u00a0tem total interesse em divulgar essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, atendendo \u00e0s leis vigentes, em especial a Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Transpar\u00eancia, pois se trata de uma maneira de prestar contas \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cEssa conquista ratifica que estamos no caminho certo\u201d, observa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesquisa que resultou no Selo Ouro n\u00e3o tinha ades\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria.
