Destas, 1.080 est\u00e3o no Rio Grande do Sul, com um total de ind\u00edcio de insufici\u00eancia verificado superior a R$ 107 milh\u00f5es. No Pa\u00eds, o n\u00famero \u00e9 de, aproximadamente, R$ 3,4 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fim de promover a autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, sem autua\u00e7\u00e3o e cobran\u00e7a de multas de of\u00edcio, a Receita Federal enviou dois lotes de avisos para a Caixa Postal das empresas identificadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O primeiro deles, com 18.554 avisos, foi encaminhado a empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Presumido em maio de 2023. O prazo concedido para a autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o para esse lote encerrava-se em 16 de julho, mas foi prorrogado para 15 de agosto de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O segundo lote, contendo 4.200 avisos, foi encaminhado \u00e0s empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Real Trimestral em 10 de julho de 2023. Este prazo de autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 encerrado em 15 de setembro de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As empresas que desejarem se autorregular n\u00e3o precisam comparecer \u00e0s unidades de atendimento da Receita Federal, basta seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es constantes nos endere\u00e7os na Internet, conforme a forma de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/receitafederal\/pt-br\/assuntos\/orientacao-tributaria\/declaracoes-e-demonstrativos\/revisao-de-declaracao-malha\/pj-parametro-10.002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Presumido<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/receitafederal\/pt-br\/assuntos\/orientacao-tributaria\/declaracoes-e-demonstrativos\/revisao-de-declaracao-malha\/pj-parametro-10.003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Real trimestral<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesses mesmos endere\u00e7os constam informa\u00e7\u00f5es de como acessar as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es enviadas para as Caixas Postais no Portal e-CAC e esclarecimentos adicionais para que os contribuintes se regularizem sem a necessidade de comparecer \u00e0 Receita Federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As empresas estar\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 autua\u00e7\u00e3o e cobran\u00e7a de multas depois de decorridos os prazos para a autorregulariza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Receita Federal identificou que 22.754 empresas deixaram declarar e de recolher o Imposto de Renda da Pessoa Jur\u00eddica (IRPJ) e a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o Lucro L\u00edquido (CSLL) do ano-calend\u00e1rio de 2019.
