Pensando nisso, a Secretaria Estadual de Sa\u00fade realiza, nesta sexta-feira (28\/7), a 1\u00aa Jornada de Cuidado Integral em Dem\u00eancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O evento ocorre de forma on-line, com transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo das 13 \u00e0s 17h pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@SaudeGovRS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">canal da secretaria no YouTube<\/a>.&nbsp;As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 est\u00e3o abertas e podem ser feitas atrav\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/VW7NaKmDxCdYgHMy9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deste link<\/a>. Haver\u00e1 emiss\u00e3o de certificado aos participantes que assinarem a lista de presen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A jornada \u00e9 passo inicial para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Estadual de Cuidado Integral em Dem\u00eancias, com base na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/saude.rs.gov.br\/%20https:\/\/ww3.al.rs.gov.br\/legis\/M010\/M0100099.asp?Hid_Tipo=TEXTO&amp;Hid_TodasNormas=72547&amp;hTexto=&amp;Hid_IDNorma=72547\">Lei Estadual n\u00ba 15.820\/2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&nbsp;evento \u00e9 destinado a profissionais da Sa\u00fade e da Assist\u00eancia Social, especialmente os que atuam na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (APS).
