A porcentagem \u00e9 maior que os 5% registrados entre agosto de 2020 e julho de 2021, quando 6.991 crian\u00e7as, das 127.817 nascidas neste per\u00edodo, n\u00e3o receberam o nome do pai, e que os 5,4% registrados entre agosto de 2021 e julho de 2022, quando 6.731 novos brasileiros dos 124.205 nascidos, ficaram s\u00f3 com o nome da m\u00e3e no registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os n\u00fameros est\u00e3o registrados no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/s2308.imxsnd23.com\/link.php?code=bDpodHRwcyUzQSUyRiUyRnRyYW5zcGFyZW5jaWEucmVnaXN0cm9jaXZpbC5vcmcuYnIlMkZwYWluZWwtcmVnaXN0cmFsJTJGcGFpcy1hdXNlbnRlczoyODE5NzM4MTg0Ompvcm5hbEBwb3B1bGFybmV0LmNvbS5icjphZDVkOWM6NTQ=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Portal da Transpar\u00eancia do Registro Civil<\/a>, na p\u00e1gina denominada\u00a0Pais Ausentes, lan\u00e7ada em mar\u00e7o, e que integra a plataforma nacional administrada pela\u00a0Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Registradores de Pessoas Naturais (Arpen-Brasil). A mesma re\u00fane as informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes aos nascimentos, casamentos e \u00f3bitos registrados nos 7.654 Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil do Brasil, presentes em todos os munic\u00edpios e distritos do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confore o presidente da Arpen\/RS, Sidnei Hofer Birmann, os Cart\u00f3rios de Registro Civil realizam o reconhecimento de paternidade a qualquer momento, sem qualquer burocracia, seja o pai biol\u00f3gico ou socioafetivo. &#8220;O ato \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por diminuir o n\u00famero de crian\u00e7as sem o nome do pai na certid\u00e3o de nascimento e garante uma s\u00e9rie de direitos a seus filhos\u201d, destaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O procedimento de reconhecimento de paternidade pode ser feito diretamente em qualquer Cart\u00f3rio de Registro Civil do pa\u00eds desde 2012, quando foi regulamentado pelo Provimento n\u00ba 16 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ).
