{"id":137987,"date":"2023-08-19T09:04:09","date_gmt":"2023-08-19T12:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/?p=137987"},"modified":"2023-08-19T09:07:34","modified_gmt":"2023-08-19T12:07:34","slug":"paciente-toca-ukulele-durante-cirurgia-cerebral-no-hbb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2023\/08\/19\/paciente-toca-ukulele-durante-cirurgia-cerebral-no-hbb\/","title":{"rendered":"Paciente toca ukulel\u00ea durante cirurgia cerebral no HBB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Um procedimento entrou para a hist\u00f3ria do Hospital Bruno Born (HBB) na tarde desta quinta-feira (17\/8): a cirurgia cerebral de um paciente de 28 anos que, acordado durante o procedimento, tocou ukulel\u00ea, instrumento musical de origem havaiana, semelhante a um cavaquinho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O procedimento in\u00e9dito na casa de sa\u00fade durou 6h e foi realizado pelo neurocirurgi\u00e3o Isaac Bertuol e equipe composta pelos doutores Carlo Dom\u00eanico Marrone (neurologista e neurofisiologista), Fabiano Ruoso (neurocirurgi\u00e3o) e Br\u00e1s Ant\u00f4nio Finamor (anestesista).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a cirurgia, considerada um sucesso pelo profissional, o paciente foi internado na UTI, onde se recupera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme Bertuol, definiu-se pelo procedimento de ressec\u00e7\u00e3o (retirada) com o paciente acordado em virtude de a les\u00e3o se encontrar em uma \u00e1rea eloquente do c\u00e9rebro (estruturas que, quando lesadas, resultam em sequela). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDurante o transoperat\u00f3rio, pudemos observar se ating\u00edamos ou n\u00e3o a \u00e1rea de fala e compreens\u00e3o. Ele tocava o instrumento para que pud\u00e9ssemos acompanhar os movimentos e sua compreens\u00e3o sobre a cirurgia.
