{"id":138888,"date":"2023-09-01T08:14:18","date_gmt":"2023-09-01T11:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/?p=138888"},"modified":"2023-09-01T08:14:21","modified_gmt":"2023-09-01T11:14:21","slug":"orcamento-de-2024-preve-crescimento-de-226-para-economia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2023\/09\/01\/orcamento-de-2024-preve-crescimento-de-226-para-economia\/","title":{"rendered":"Or\u00e7amento de 2024 prev\u00ea crescimento de 2,26% para economia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Enviado ao Congresso Nacional no fim da tarde desta quinta-feira (31\/8), o projeto do Or\u00e7amento de 2024 teve poucas altera\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s estimativas de crescimento econ\u00f4mico na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os par\u00e2metros da Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO), que tramita desde abril. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proje\u00e7\u00e3o de crescimento do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB, soma dos bens e servi\u00e7os produzidos) foi reduzida levemente, de 2,34% para 2,26% em 2024. A proposta foi apresentada pelo ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, e pela ministra do Planejamento, Simone Tebet.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1552533&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1552533&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A previs\u00e3o para o \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), usado como \u00edndice oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, caiu levemente, de 3,52% para 3,3% para o pr\u00f3ximo ano. Outros par\u00e2metros foram revisados. A proposta do<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2023-08\/orcamento-de-2024-preve-salario-minimo-de-r-1421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Or\u00e7amento<\/a>&nbsp;prev\u00ea que a Taxa Selic (juros b\u00e1sicos da economia) encerrar\u00e1 2024 com m\u00e9dia de 9,8% ao ano, contra proje\u00e7\u00e3o de 11,08% ao ano que constava na LDO. A previs\u00e3o para o d\u00f3lar m\u00e9dio caiu de R$ 5,12 para R$ 5,02.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto tamb\u00e9m apresentou estimativas at\u00e9 2027. A previs\u00e3o para o crescimento do PIB est\u00e1 em 2,8% para 2025, 2,4% em 2026 e 2,6% em 2027. Para o IPCA, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em 3% nos tr\u00eas anos. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Selic, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia est\u00e1 em 7,82% ao ano em 2025, 7,05% em 2026 e 7,06% em 2027. Atualmente, a taxa est\u00e1 em 13,75% ao ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao IPCA, \u00edndice oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o para o pr\u00f3ximo ano est\u00e1 levemente acima do centro da meta de 3% definida pelo Conselho Monet\u00e1rio Nacional (CMN). Como o conselho determina uma margem de toler\u00e2ncia de 1,5 ponto percentual, a infla\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ficar entre 1,5% e 4,5% no pr\u00f3ximo ano sem resultar em descumprimento da meta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As proje\u00e7\u00f5es para o \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (INPC), usado na corre\u00e7\u00e3o do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, ca\u00edram em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 LDO, de 3,3% para 3,01% para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.
