Ela contempla pessoas dos munic\u00edpios com Estado de Calamidade P\u00fablica reconhecido pela Uni\u00e3o e ser\u00e1 concedida no \u00e2mbito dos empr\u00e9stimos do Pronampe e do Pronaf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A MP tamb\u00e9m cria uma nova linha de cr\u00e9dito, com o aporte em fundos garantidores dispon\u00edveis para empresas no Pronampe e no Programa Emergencial de Acesso a Cr\u00e9dito (Peac), complementando as garantias exigidas pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras para a concess\u00e3o de financiamentos at\u00e9 o fim deste ano.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o presidente da Fecom\u00e9rcio-RS, Luiz Carlos Bohn, a Medida Provis\u00f3ria, que segundo ele ainda precisa ser esclarecida, atrav\u00e9s das regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es, sobre quais ser\u00e3o os crit\u00e9rios de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da subven\u00e7\u00e3o no Pronampe e as taxas ligadas ao PEAC, est\u00e1 de acordo com alguns dos pleitos da entidade. &#8220;\u00c9 muito bem-vinda para dar suporte \u00e0 mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o de perdas no Vale do Taquari, com recursos a fundo perdido, aumentando a oferta de cr\u00e9dito e estendendo car\u00eancias\u201d, comenta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCompreendemos que caber\u00e1 \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do risco das opera\u00e7\u00f5es, apesar do refor\u00e7o aos fundos garantidores, mas estamos confiantes de que haver\u00e1 caminho para auxiliar esse grande n\u00famero de empreendedores nesse momento de necessidade\u201d, acrescenta.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodologia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A subven\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica da qual trata a Medida Provis\u00f3ria ser\u00e1 concedida na forma de desconto sobre valor de cr\u00e9dito no Pronampe e no Pronaf, em parcela \u00fanica limitada por benefici\u00e1rio, que seguir\u00e1 regulamento e crit\u00e9rios determinados por ato do Poder Executivo. Com aporte de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es no Fundo Garantidor, o Pronampe ter\u00e1 amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de prazo de car\u00eancia para in\u00edcio de pagamento das parcelas do financiamento em at\u00e9 24 meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no Peac foi institu\u00edda a linha exclusiva \u201cCr\u00e9dito Solid\u00e1rio RS\u201d, que tem prazo de car\u00eancia de 6 a 24 meses, prazo total da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de 12 a 72 meses e taxa de juros conforme estabelecido por regulamento. Neste caso, o aporte autorizado ao Fundo Garantidor \u00e9 de R$ 20,1 bilh\u00f5es (R$ 100 milh\u00f5es para a linha espec\u00edfica).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A MP n\u00ba 1.189\/2023 tem validade imediata, mas precisa ser votada na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e no Senado em at\u00e9 quatro meses para ser transformada em lei.
