A cooperativa Sicredi Integr\u00e3c\u00e3o RS\/MG se inspirou no Outubro Rosa e reuniu cerca de 170 associadas para uma conversa sobre os cuidados com a sa\u00fade da mulher. Realizado no centro administrativo da regional, em Lajeado, o encontro fez parte do programa Crescer e, al\u00e9m de apresentar n\u00fameros e informa\u00e7\u00f5es gerais sobre a cooperativa, contou com explana\u00e7\u00f5es da m\u00e9dica oncologista L\u00edvia Gravina e da especialista em Intelig\u00eancia Emocional e Terapias Integrativas, Jelci Danieli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na primeira parte da atividade, as colaboradoras Karine Fr\u00f6lich e Wanessa Bolzan Perez detalharam a forma de trabalho do Sicredi e sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o com os associados, destacando que desde 1846 as mulheres assumem pap\u00e9is relevantes nas cooperativas e na sociedade. \u201c\u00c9 isso que o Sicredi tamb\u00e9m busca. Que voc\u00eas se aproximem cada vez mais, que busquem seu lugar de fala e seu protagonismo\u201d, afirmou Karine. Ela enalteceu que o Sicredi tem como prop\u00f3sito a constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de uma sociedade mais pr\u00f3spera, gerando impactos positivos na economia, nas pessoas e nas comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais especificamente sobre a regional Integra\u00e7\u00e3o RS\/MG, Karine descreveu que atualmente s\u00e3o 29 ag\u00eancias, sendo 17 no RS e 12 em Minas Gerais, que atendem mais de 80 mil associados. A cooperativa administra mais de R$ 5 bilh\u00f5es de recursos totais, sendo cerca de 67 milh\u00f5es em capital social, contabilizando tamb\u00e9m mais de R$ 80 milh\u00f5es em sobras e um patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido de aproximadamente R$ 416 milh\u00f5es. Wanessa ainda detalhou todos os programas de desenvolvimento do cooperativismo praticados pela Sicredi, dentre os quais est\u00e3o as Cooperativas Escolares, o A Uni\u00e3o Faz a Vida, Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o na Ponta do L\u00e1pis, Fundo Social, Fazer Juntos, e os Comit\u00eas Jovem e Mulher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Destino: Sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Com o questionamento de \u201cO que faz voc\u00ea se sentir viva?\u201d, a m\u00e9dica L\u00edvia fez refer\u00eancia \u00e0s etapas de uma viagem para indicar a sa\u00fade como um destino, demostrando que ela deve ser vista de uma forma mais integrada, como uma engrenagem. Assim, ela citou sete passos desse caminho rumo \u00e0 sa\u00fade: \u201crecarregando o carro\u201d com um sono reparador, \u201cabastecendo o carro\u201d com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o balanceada e nutrientes, \u201cm\u00e1quina em movimento\u201d atrav\u00e9s de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos, \u201cconhecendo os habitantes\u201d que s\u00e3o a microbiota intestinal, \u201cparadas estrat\u00e9gicas\u201d para o gerenciamento do stress, \u201cprevenindo surpresas no caminho\u201d por meio de consultas e exames de rotina e \u201cvoltando pra casa\u201d com o autocuidado\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A oncologista lembrou que esse trajeto precisa ser prazeroso e que o corpo grita quando algo n\u00e3o vai bem. \u201cN\u00e3o deixem o tempo ser t\u00e3o corrido que no fim do dia n\u00e3o consigam se ver e perceber que tem algo errado\u201d, orientou. Direcionando a conversa para o c\u00e2ncer de mama, L\u00edvia declarou que o autocuidado \u00e9 uma forma de gratid\u00e3o e de amor: \u201cSe a gente n\u00e3o consegue se amar, a gente n\u00e3o consegue amar os outros. Fa\u00e7a por voc\u00ea, fa\u00e7a por quem voc\u00ea ama e, finalmente, fa\u00e7a para se sentir viva\u201d. Ao sugerir que todos os melhores momentos precisam ser aproveitados de forma intensa, ela encerrou sua fala parafraseando Marcos Piangers para alertar que a morte n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma trag\u00e9dia e que trag\u00e9dia mesmo \u00e9 n\u00e3o viver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa\u00fade Emocional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Encerrando a noite, Jelci palestrou sobre \u201cSa\u00fade Emocional\u201d, evidenciando o quanto \u00e9 importante cuidar da vida e gostar de si mesma. Conceituando intelig\u00eancia emocional como \u201ca capacidade de identificarmos, reconhecermos e conhecermos as nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, sabendo como lidar com elas e como nos comportamos diante de cada uma\u201d, a especialista apontou que o controle \u00e9 essencial para a capacidade de lidar com as situa\u00e7\u00f5es do dia a dia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relacionando o medo, raiva, alegria, tristeza e amor como as emo\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas que nos movem, ela informou que todas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias, mas que seu excesso pode atrapalhar e at\u00e9 mesmo levar a alguma doen\u00e7a. Jelci ainda mencionou a consci\u00eancia e o desequil\u00edbrio emocional e indicou o poder das afirma\u00e7\u00f5es positivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
