O ensino visa capacitar, apoiar e auxiliar os manipuladores de alimentos a aperfei\u00e7oarem o controle sobre os requisitos para a pr\u00e1tica de suas atividades, reduzindo assim o risco de doen\u00e7as associadas ao consumo de alimentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O conte\u00fado das aulas \u00e9 voltado para o treinamento de pessoas que trabalham com a manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e o preparo de alimentos em estabelecimentos &#8211; restaurantes, lanchonetes, padarias, rotisserias, cozinhas industriais e institucionais -, tanto as que entram em contato direto como as que t\u00eam contato indireto com esses alimentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O investimento para pessoa f\u00edsica \u00e9 de R$ 175 e de R$ 150 para pessoa jur\u00eddica, com certifica\u00e7\u00e3o no encerramento das aulas.
