A proposta j\u00e1 havia sido aprovada pelo Senado em novembro.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1573632&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1573632&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cerim\u00f4nia, realizada no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara, teve a presen\u00e7a dos presidentes Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, do Congresso Nacional, Rodrigo Pacheco, da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira e do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso. A promulga\u00e7\u00e3o foi declarada pelo senador e presidente do Congresso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s 30 anos de discuss\u00e3o, a reforma tribut\u00e1ria simplificar\u00e1 a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o consumo e provocar\u00e1 mudan\u00e7a na vida dos brasileiros na hora de comprar produtos e servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impactos variados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cesta b\u00e1sica, rem\u00e9dios, combust\u00edveis e servi\u00e7os de internet em <em>streaming <\/em>sofrer\u00e3o mudan\u00e7as. Com uma longa lista de exce\u00e7\u00f5es e de al\u00edquotas especiais, o novo sistema tribut\u00e1rio ter\u00e1 impactos variados conforme o setor da economia. Paralelamente, pela primeira vez na hist\u00f3ria, haver\u00e1 medidas que garantam a progressividade na tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns tipos de patrim\u00f4nio, como ve\u00edculos, e na transmiss\u00e3o de heran\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao longo do pr\u00f3ximo ano, o Congresso ter\u00e1 de votar leis complementares para regulamentar a reforma tribut\u00e1ria. Segundo o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, os projetos ser\u00e3o enviados nas primeiras semanas de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m no pr\u00f3ximo ano, o governo poder\u00e1 dar in\u00edcio \u00e0 reforma do Imposto de Renda, com mudan\u00e7as como a taxa\u00e7\u00e3o de dividendos (parcela de lucros das empresas distribu\u00eddos aos acionistas).
