No acumulado do ano (janeiro a dezembro), foram registradas 23.257.812 admiss\u00f5es e 21.774.214 desligamentos.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1578535&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1578535&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O maior crescimento do emprego formal em 2023 ocorreu no setor de servi\u00e7os, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de 886.256 postos. No com\u00e9rcio, foram criados 276.528 postos; na constru\u00e7\u00e3o 158.940; na ind\u00fastria, 127.145;&nbsp;e na agropecu\u00e1ria, o saldo foi de 34.762 postos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O sal\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio de admiss\u00e3o foi\u00a0R$ 2.037,94.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A maioria das vagas criadas em 2023 foram preenchidas por homens (840.740). Mulheres ocuparam&nbsp;642.892 novos postos. A faixa et\u00e1ria com maior saldo foi a de 18 a 24 anos, com 1.158.532 postos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados de 2023 n\u00e3o atingiram as previs\u00f5es do ministro do Trabalho e Emprego, Luiz Marinho, que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2023-06\/ministro-projeta-mais-de-2-milhoes-de-empregos-formais-em-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projetava a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 2 milh\u00f5es de empregos<\/a>\u00a0com carteira assinada no ano.
