De acordo com reguladores e agentes da ind\u00fastria de previd\u00eancia privada, haver\u00e1 mais concorr\u00eancia no mercado e mais op\u00e7\u00f5es de recebimento de renda para os investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mudan\u00e7as est\u00e3o descritas em duas resolu\u00e7\u00f5es do CNSP editadas em 19 de fevereiro. A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/resolucao-cnsp-n-463-de-19-de-fevereiro-de-2024-543722605\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n\u00famero 463\/2024<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9 direcionada aos chamados Plano Gerador de Benef\u00edcio Livre (PGBL); e a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/resolucao-cnsp-n-464-de-19-de-fevereiro-de-2024-543724219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">464\/2024<\/a>, relacionada ao Vida Gerador de Benef\u00edcio Livre (VGBL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As altera\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem quando os planos completam 25 anos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o e foram decididas ap\u00f3s consulta p\u00fablica ao longo de 2022, em processo de debate com a sociedade civil e participantes do setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o CNSP, os planos de previd\u00eancia privada contam com cerca de R$ 1,4 trilh\u00e3o em investimentos.
