{"id":152924,"date":"2024-03-14T05:55:55","date_gmt":"2024-03-14T08:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/?p=152924"},"modified":"2024-03-14T10:01:15","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T13:01:15","slug":"ovos-serao-tributados-em-12-a-partir-de-abril","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2024\/03\/14\/ovos-serao-tributados-em-12-a-partir-de-abril\/","title":{"rendered":"Ovos ser\u00e3o tributados em 12% a partir de abril"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Conforme o decreto estadual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariooficial.rs.gov.br\/materia?id=943354\">57.411<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado (DOE) de 29 de dezembro de 2023, os ovos passar\u00e3o a ser tributados em 12% nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais \u00e0s ind\u00fastrias ou ao consumidor final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A determina\u00e7\u00e3o retira o alimento proteico da lista de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os (ICMS) e preocupa o setor av\u00edcola ga\u00facho. O temor \u00e9 que, com a exclus\u00e3o do ovo da cesta b\u00e1sica do Estado, aumentem as dificuldades de produ\u00e7\u00e3o nas granjas, haja indisponibilidade do alimento ao varejo e consequente eleva\u00e7\u00e3o no pre\u00e7o ao consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Ga\u00facha de Avicultura (Asgav), Jos\u00e9 Eduardo dos Santos, a medida vai contra o decreto federal n\u00ba 11.936\/2024, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) em 6 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o dirigente, a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do produto impactar\u00e1 principalmente os produtores de pequeno porte, que somam aproximadamente 300 no Estado.  A comiss\u00e3o de produtores de ovos da Asgav, enquanto membro da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Av\u00edcola do Rio Grande do Sul, mobiliza-se para reverter o cen\u00e1rio.
