Segundo dados divulgados pelo IBGE em 2019, o territ\u00f3rio Vale do Taquari \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 54% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de erva-mate, 28,6% das aves, 15% de su\u00ednos e 8% do leite produzido no Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os munic\u00edpios ainda fazem levantamentos de quantas fam\u00edlias e propriedades foram atingidas. Colinas j\u00e1 soma 50 propriedades afetadas de forma direta e indireta. Ent\u00e3o quem n\u00e3o conhece atividade leiteira, \u00e9 assim que as coisas funcionam. H\u00e1 uma como\u00e7\u00e3o muito grande desses produtores que perderam seus animais\u201d, detalha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma fam\u00edlia que foi fortemente afetada tanto em sua resid\u00eancia, como no seu \u201cganha p\u00e3o\u201d, \u00e9 a fam\u00edlia Dienstmann. O casal Jorge Dienstmann e Simone Krakhecker, e sua filha D\u00e9bora moram na Linha Ch\u00e1 da \u00cdndia, Distrito de Cost\u00e3o, em Estrela. \u201cA vontade \u00e9 abandonar tudo e ir embora. Nunca pensei em terminar com as vacas desta maneira. N\u00f3s n\u00e3o vamos continuar com nada. Vamos vender a terneirada, talvez ficar com 10 cabe\u00e7as\u201d, desabafa a filha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fam\u00edlia perdeu silagem, galp\u00e3o das vacas, sala de ordenha, composto. \u201c\u00c9 invi\u00e1vel a gente voltar l\u00e1 e reconstruir sabendo que a cadeia do leite est\u00e1 comprometida. N\u00f3s levamos as vacas em um vizinho para ordenhar depois de uma semana, temos vacas debilitadas, n\u00e3o sei como aguentaram de p\u00e9, n\u00e3o demos boia suficiente para elas, apenas o necess\u00e1rio para se manterem\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 com os avi\u00e1rios \u00e9 a segunda vez que a fam\u00edlia perde todos os frangos. \u201cA situa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 bem complicada, optamos por desistir de l\u00e1.
