A empresa Markestrat Group apresentou plano de curto e m\u00e9dio prazos para credores e viabilidade da Cooperativa Languiru durante a assembleia geral extraordin\u00e1ria desta quinta-feira (11\/7). O trabalho foi desenvolvido por cerca de 3 meses. O objetivo foi olhar se a cooperativa \u00e9 vi\u00e1vel e em qual prazo. “A cooperativa tem viabilidade”, antecipou Paulo Roberto Birck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o contemplou cen\u00e1rio base atual, o cen\u00e1rio intermedi\u00e1rio e um cen\u00e1rio de crescimento. “Cada situa\u00e7\u00e3o prospecta um caixa para viabilizar o pagamento e a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, pagar a d\u00edvida ou investir no crescimento. Este ponto de equil\u00edbrio \u00e9 o ideal”, explicaram os assessores da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os neg\u00f3cios de leite, aves e ra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o os mais sin\u00e9rgicos e com potencial de crescimento. Agrocenter e agroinsumos s\u00e3o menores e servem para acompanhar. “Quanto mais tiver neg\u00f3cio pelo leite, vai ter condi\u00e7\u00e3o geral de caixa melhor”, prospectam.
Pelo cen\u00e1rio base (atual), h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o de receita de R$ 584 milh\u00f5es e caixa de R$ 49,6 milh\u00f5es por ano (R$ 4,1 milh\u00e3o por m\u00eas) ap\u00f3s 3 anos. No cen\u00e1rio intermedi\u00e1rio a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de receita de R$ 849,9 milh\u00e3o e caixa de R$ 88,7 milh\u00f5es por ano (7,4 milh\u00e3o por m\u00eas). No cen\u00e1rio de crescimento, receita de R$ 1,054 bilh\u00e3o e caixa de R$ 138,3 milh\u00e3o (R$ 11,5 milh\u00e3o por m\u00eas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A empresa apresentou quatro possibilidades de pagamento da d\u00edvida, com negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de fornecedores e bancos. O atual cen\u00e1rio (base) fica invi\u00e1vel em tr\u00eas das quatro possibilidades. Os cen\u00e1rios intermedi\u00e1rios e de crescimento tornam poss\u00edvel recuperar a Languiru. Na melhor hip\u00f3tese, 11 anos no modelo intermedi\u00e1rio ou 7 anos no modelo crescimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A mensagem central, em diversas possibilidades de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, se n\u00e3o crescerem neg\u00f3cios, ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil pagar as d\u00edvidas”, exp\u00f5em os s\u00f3cios da Markestrat. “Ficando com pouca ave, leite e produtor, a\u00ed fica invi\u00e1vel. Temos que tentar trazer o associado de volta para retomar crescimento”, acrescenta Paulo Roberto Birck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
