Nesta primeira rodada, ser\u00e1 disponibilizado no Fundo Dispon\u00edvel para Liquida\u00e7\u00e3o (FDL) o valor de R$ 654.736,17. O pagamento contemplar\u00e1 os credores que aderiram ao Plano de Pagamento de Credores, apresentado aos associados e credores em Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria realizada no m\u00eas de julho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os pagamentos aos credores ocorrer\u00e3o trimestralmente, sempre at\u00e9 o dia 10 do m\u00eas seguinte ao fechamento de cada trimestre. <\/strong>Nesta primeira rodada, os credores que aderiram ao plano nos meses de julho, agosto e setembro de 2024 ser\u00e3o pagos proporcionalmente, de acordo com as diretrizes estabelecidas no Plano de Pagamento de Credores \u2013 seguindo a natureza da garantia e o montante de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somente os credores que aderirem ao plano ingressar\u00e3o nas rodadas de pagamentos trimestrais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O valor deste primeiro pagamento prov\u00e9m das receitas de loca\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no trimestre, como o incubat\u00f3rio alugado para a Carrer Alimentos e o Supermercado Languiru, entre outras unidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCom essa primeira rodada de pagamentos, a Languiru d\u00e1 um passo importante no enfrentamento de suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do plano de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o. Estamos comprometidos em honrar nossos compromissos com os credores, sempre com transpar\u00eancia e fortalecendo a nossa cooperativa\u201d, afirma Gustavo Marques, superintendente Administrativo e Financeiro da Languiru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Divis\u00e3o do pagamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O montante a ser pago ser\u00e1 dividido conforme estipulado no Plano de Pagamento de Credores, desenvolvido pela consultoria Markestrat Group. O plano estabelece uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica dos valores acumulados no FDL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40% ser\u00e3o destinados aos credores com garantia real, que possuem prioridade;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25% ir\u00e3o para os credores sem garantia, com cr\u00e9ditos de at\u00e9 R$ 1 milh\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15% ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos entre credores sem garantia real e com cr\u00e9dito superior a R$ 1 milh\u00e3o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20% restantes ser\u00e3o divididos entre os credores que vencerem o leil\u00e3o reverso, modalidade na qual os credores oferecem um des\u00e1gio maior para antecipar o recebimento de seus cr\u00e9ditos.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As medidas implementadas pela objetivam garantir uma liquida\u00e7\u00e3o ordenada, minimizando os impactos para credores, associados e parceiros da Languiru, reitera Marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participa\u00e7\u00e3o no plano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os credores interessados em participar das pr\u00f3ximas rodadas de pagamento devem formalizar a ades\u00e3o ao plano de pagamento por meio do site<a href=\"https:\/\/liquidacao.languiru.com.br\/\"> https:\/\/liquidacao.languiru.com.br\/<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cada tr\u00eas meses a cooperativa destinar\u00e1 os valores arrecadados ao FDL, que ser\u00e1 utilizado para quitar as d\u00edvidas de forma proporcional ao valor dispon\u00edvel e aos cr\u00e9ditos de cada credor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em caso de d\u00favidas, os credores podem entrar em contato pelo e-mail credores@languiru.com.br.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Cooperativa Languiru iniciou o pagamento de credores nesta quinta-feira (10\/10).
