Foi inaugurado na tarde desta quinta-feira (24\/11) o novo ambulat\u00f3rio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o das Deformidades Cr\u00e2nio-Faciais (Fundef). A estrutura fica no pr\u00e9dio 28 do campus Univates, em Lajeado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A solenidade de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a do governador Eduardo Leite e da secret\u00e1ria de Sa\u00fade, Arita Bergmann. A estrutura \u00e9 um plano antigo da regi\u00e3o, que foi realizado com investimentos do governo do estado, prefeitura de Lajeado e apoio da Univates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O momento foi de homenagens aos pacientes, profissionais, familiares e, especialmente, ao dr. Wilson Dewes (em mem\u00f3ria), um dos fundadores da Fundef, h\u00e1 33 anos. Ito Lanius, atual presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o, citou a alegria compartilhada com as mais de 3.700 pessoas atendidas em tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas. Enalteceu as parcerias e seu amigo, Dewes, que faleceu em mar\u00e7o deste ano. “Junto a muitos outros volunt\u00e1rios, tomou a decis\u00e3o. Porque ter a ideia \u00e9 uma coisa; fazer acontecer, \u00e9 bem diferente”, citou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a nova sede e a partir da parceria com a universidade, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel expandir e consolidar diferentes atividades. Al\u00e9m da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, que j\u00e1 s\u00e3o refer\u00eancia no Rio Grande do Sul, o espa\u00e7o tamb\u00e9m contribuir\u00e1 para a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do novo ambulat\u00f3rio come\u00e7ou em maio de 2023. Ao todo, o ambulat\u00f3rio teve o aporte de R$ 4,1 milh\u00f5es do governo do Estado e de R$ 1,9 milh\u00e3o da Prefeitura de Lajeado, totalizando R$ 6 milh\u00f5es. A Univates destinou uma \u00e1rea de 1,3 mil metros quadrados para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do ambulat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Fundef destinar\u00e1 os equipamentos e profissionais habilitados para a nova estrutura, enquanto o HBB permanecer\u00e1 na retaguarda hospitalar necess\u00e1ria para o atendimento ao p\u00fablico, com centro cir\u00fargico e Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a solenidade de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o, o governador Eduardo Leite surpreendeu a plateia ao anunciar o adicional de R$ 2,1 milh\u00f5es necess\u00e1rios para mobiliar o ambulat\u00f3rio. O recurso deve ser anunciado em ato oficial no Piratini na pr\u00f3xima semana, junto a outros recursos para a Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
