O texto foi aprovado pelo Congresso Nacional no final do ano passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma trata das regras de incid\u00eancia do Imposto sobre Valor Agregado (IVA Dual), que se divide em dois tributos sobre o consumo: a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CBS), arrecadada pela Uni\u00e3o, e o Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS), que ser\u00e1 arrecadado por estados e munic\u00edpios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, ser\u00e1 criado o Imposto Seletivo (IS), conhecido como &#8220;imposto do pecado&#8221;, que incidir\u00e1 sobre produtos e servi\u00e7os prejudiciais \u00e0 sa\u00fade e ao meio ambiente. A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea, de forma gradual, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco tributos: PIS, Cofins, IOF-Seguros, IPI, ICMS e ISS.
