Um investimento de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es pretende transformar o antigo hospital de Po\u00e7o das Antas, atualmente abandonado, em uma incubadora de empresas de alta tecnologia. O projeto \u00e9 uma parceria estrat\u00e9gica entre a prefeitura e a Universidade do Vale do Taquari (Univates) e est\u00e1 previsto no Plano Plurianual (PPA) da cidade para o quadri\u00eanio 2026-2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O principal objetivo \u00e9 diversificar a economia local, criar postos postos de trabalho e reter talentos na regi\u00e3o. A vice-reitora da Univates, Cintia Agostini, reuniu-se com o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Ind\u00fastria e Com\u00e9rcio, Romeu Forneck, na quinta-feira passada (4\/9) para alinhar os primeiros passos da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O secret\u00e1rio classifica a iniciativa como um \u201cpoderoso mecanismo end\u00f3geno de desenvolvimento\u201d. \u201cUm pr\u00e9dio hist\u00f3rico em que outrora nasciam nossos filhos e onde, agora, passar\u00e3o a nascer nossas empresas\u201d, refor\u00e7a Forneck. Ele destaca o simbolismo do local, constru\u00eddo pela comunidade e operado por irm\u00e3s religiosas. A prefeitura manter\u00e1 a propriedade do im\u00f3vel, estabelecendo condi\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais de uso para os empreendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto \u00e9 integrado com as \u00e1reas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, agricultura, turismo, assist\u00eancia social e sa\u00fade do munic\u00edpio. O objetivo \u00e9 diversificar a matriz econ\u00f4mica, hoje bem desenvolvida e fortemente ligada \u00e0 agricultura, e melhorar o perfil de renda local por meio do efeito multiplicador da tecnologia. \u201cJ\u00e1 temos empreendimentos novos em fase inicial que poder\u00e3o ser abrigados no espa\u00e7o. Mas abrigaremos especialmente os que vierem dos nossos pr\u00f3prios fazeres e prospec\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, cita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00f3ximos <\/strong>p<\/strong>assos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Os pr\u00f3ximos passos incluem a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um Termo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a Univates e o lan\u00e7amento de um concurso para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto arquitet\u00f4nico de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o. A sustentabilidade financeira do projeto ap\u00f3s a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 garantida por meio de contratos de uso com os empreendedores incubados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A prefeitura prev\u00ea que o retorno do investimento se dar\u00e1 pela gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, atra\u00e7\u00e3o de novos moradores e movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da economia local, com um objetivo ambicioso de ampliar em 200% a capacidade de investimentos do munic\u00edpio em 5 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal reconhece o valor simb\u00f3lico do pr\u00e9dio para a comunidade e acredita que a nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o preencher\u00e1 essa lacuna com um prop\u00f3sito renovado: desta vez, de vida econ\u00f4mica e inova\u00e7\u00e3o. Para evitar que se torne desconectado da realidade local, a estrat\u00e9gia prev\u00ea a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com os planos decenais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e com os setores produtivos j\u00e1 consolidados na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O projeto ser\u00e1 novamente debatido com a comunidade na pr\u00f3xima plen\u00e1ria de planejamento or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio (LOA), marcada para o dia 25 de setembro, na qual ser\u00e3o apresentados mais detalhes do cronograma e da cronologia de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.
