{"id":202426,"date":"2026-01-21T10:46:32","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T13:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/?p=202426"},"modified":"2026-01-21T10:46:35","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T13:46:35","slug":"juventus-retoma-treinamentos-diarios-com-foco-na-preparacao-e-formacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2026\/01\/21\/juventus-retoma-treinamentos-diarios-com-foco-na-preparacao-e-formacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Juventus retoma treinamentos di\u00e1rios com foco na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Os treinos formativos da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Esportiva Recreativa e Cultural Erno Dahmer (Aerc) Juventus foram retomados nesta semana com uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o especial para o per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias escolares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A principal novidade \u00e9 a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos hor\u00e1rios de forma mais din\u00e2mica, o faz com que os atletas tenham liberdade para integrar diferentes n\u00facleos e escolher onde preferem treinar, o que permite aproveitamento m\u00e1ximo do recesso de ver\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As atividades ocorrem nos bairros Canabarro, Languiru e Teut\u00f4nia, com turmas divididas por faixa et\u00e1ria e dias alternados da semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Bairro Languiru, os treinos acontecem na Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Pr\u00f3-Desenvolvimento de Languiru (APDL), \u00e0s ter\u00e7as e quintas-feiras. Das 9h \u00e0s 10h15 treinam os atletas nascidos entre 2018 e 2015. J\u00e1 das 10h15 \u00e0s 11h30, participam os de 2014 e 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em Teut\u00f4nia, as atividades s\u00e3o realizadas no Gin\u00e1sio do Ga\u00facho, \u00e0s quartas e sextas-feiras. O primeiro hor\u00e1rio, das 9h \u00e0s 10h15, \u00e9 destinado para atletas nascidos de 2018 a 2015. Na sequ\u00eancia, das 10h15 \u00e0s 11h30, treinam nascidos entre 2014 e 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os treinos de Canabarro ocorrem no Gin\u00e1sio da Cat\u00f3lica, tamb\u00e9m \u00e0s ter\u00e7as e quintas-feiras. Das 13h30 \u00e0s 14h45 participam crian\u00e7as nascidas entre 2018 e 2016. Das 14h45 \u00e0s 16h, treinam os nascidos em 2015 e 2014. J\u00e1 o hor\u00e1rio das 16h \u00e0s 17h \u00e9 voltado aos atletas nascidos entre 2013 e 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos n\u00facleos formativos, tamb\u00e9m foram retomadas nesta semana as atividades do <em>Baby<\/em> <em>Football<\/em> e do Projeto Iniciar. O <em>Baby<\/em> <em>Football<\/em> atende crian\u00e7as nascidas em 2022, 2021 e 2020, enquanto o Projeto Iniciar \u00e9 voltado para 2019 e 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na segunda-feira, o <em>Baby<\/em> ocorre no Encontro da Bola, no Bairro Teut\u00f4nia, das 18h15 \u00e0s 19h.
