A participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no mercado de trabalho do Rio Grande do Sul chegou a 58,5% em 2024. No mesmo ano, a taxa de desemprego feminina caiu para 6,2%, o menor n\u00edvel da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica no estado e abaixo da m\u00e9dia nacional, de 8,1%. Os n\u00fameros indicam recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s as oscila\u00e7\u00f5es registradas durante e ap\u00f3s a pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O levantamento tamb\u00e9m mostra maior n\u00edvel de escolaridade entre as trabalhadoras. Em 2024, 34,2% das mulheres ocupadas tinham ensino superior completo, propor\u00e7\u00e3o maior do que a dos homens, que ficou em 19,1%. Apesar disso, a desigualdade salarial permanece: o rendimento m\u00e9dio feminino corresponde a 76% do masculino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os dados fazem parte da S\u00edntese ODS 5 \u2013 Igualdade de G\u00eanero, publicada pelo Departamento de Economia e Estat\u00edstica (DEE), \u00f3rg\u00e3o ligado \u00e0 Secretaria de Planejamento, Governan\u00e7a e Gest\u00e3o (SPGG) do governo estadual. O estudo acompanha 47 indicadores relacionados \u00e0s nove metas do Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel 5 no Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presen\u00e7a em cargos de decis\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

O estudo tamb\u00e9m avalia a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina em posi\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a. Em 2025, as mulheres representavam 61,4% dos servidores do Poder Executivo estadual, com 75.862 funcion\u00e1rias entre 123.576 servidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elas ocupavam 54,3% dos cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es de chefia, aumento de nove pontos percentuais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024. Nas secretarias estaduais, as mulheres comandam 35,5% das pastas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No cen\u00e1rio nacional, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina nos minist\u00e9rios \u00e9 de 26,3%. No Judici\u00e1rio ga\u00facho, 45,3% dos magistrados s\u00e3o mulheres. J\u00e1 na seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, a presen\u00e7a feminina \u00e9 de 41,5% na Pol\u00edcia Civil e 16,3% na Brigada Militar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabalho dom\u00e9stico<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

O estudo tamb\u00e9m aponta desigualdade na divis\u00e3o das tarefas dom\u00e9sticas. Em 2022, as mulheres dedicaram 11,3% do tempo aos afazeres dom\u00e9sticos, propor\u00e7\u00e3o 1,7 vez maior que a dos homens, que foi de 6,7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre as mulheres de 18 a 60 anos fora do mercado de trabalho, 10,9% apontaram os cuidados dom\u00e9sticos como principal motivo para a inatividade. O \u00edndice \u00e9 menor que a m\u00e9dia brasileira, de 15,7%<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
