Com domic\u00edlio eleitoral em Lajeado, destaca sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a regi\u00e3o e afirma que decidiu retornar ao Vale ap\u00f3s per\u00edodos de estudo e trabalho fora do Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Natural de Marques de Souza, o candidato afirma que voltou pela identifica\u00e7\u00e3o com a regi\u00e3o. &#8220;Toda vez que eu voltava para o Vale, na hora de ir embora, me dava vontade de chorar, porque era aqui o meu ch\u00e3o&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Infraestrutura e rodovias<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A duplica\u00e7\u00e3o e a melhoria das rodovias est\u00e3o entre as principais prioridades. Lucchese cita a BR-386, RSC-453, ERS-128 e ERS-130, al\u00e9m das liga\u00e7\u00f5es entre munic\u00edpios. Para ele, os problemas das estradas afetam tamb\u00e9m a sa\u00fade, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico. &#8220;Estrada n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 estrada. O Vale do Taquari \u00e9 um corpo card\u00edaco que cresceu, mas as veias continuam pequenininhas&#8221;, destaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre as concess\u00f5es, afirma ser contr\u00e1rio ao modelo que, em sua avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o apresenta contrapartidas suficientes para a regi\u00e3o. &#8220;N\u00e3o sou contra o ped\u00e1gio quando ele entrega uma estrada boa, quando tem atendimento, quando acontece um acidente e tem ambul\u00e2ncia. O que n\u00e3o d\u00e1 \u00e9 a gente estar discutindo ped\u00e1gio e n\u00e3o obra&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O candidato defende ainda que projetos de duplica\u00e7\u00e3o tenham or\u00e7amento e cronograma definidos. Segundo ele, levantamentos apontaram estimativas de R$ 750 milh\u00f5es a R$ 800 milh\u00f5es para a duplica\u00e7\u00e3o entre Ven\u00e2ncio Aires e Encantado e de R$ 112 milh\u00f5es a R$ 115 milh\u00f5es para Estrela e Teut\u00f4nia. Tamb\u00e9m defende que o Vale seja prioridade diante dos impactos das enchentes. &#8220;Eu primeiro preciso arrumar minha casa para depois ajudar meu vizinho&#8221;, pontua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defende a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura hospitalar do Vale do Taquari, especialmente em Teut\u00f4nia, para acompanhar o crescimento da cidade. Cita como exemplo Tr\u00eas Coroas, onde, segundo ele, foram obtidos recursos para um novo hospital, e defende projetos semelhantes na regi\u00e3o. Para Lucchese, investimentos em sa\u00fade tamb\u00e9m estimulam a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais e servi\u00e7os especializados e contribuem para o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Economia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O candidato defende a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da carga tribut\u00e1ria e afirma que n\u00e3o pretende apoiar aumentos de impostos caso seja eleito. &#8220;Eu entendo o peso de quem paga e tamb\u00e9m entendo o peso de quem n\u00e3o recebe&#8221;, destaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ele aponta a demora nos processos de licenciamento ambiental como fator que pode afetar investimentos. Defende equil\u00edbrio entre prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e agilidade na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de obras. Como exemplo, cita a ponte entre Encantado e Mu\u00e7um. &#8220;Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de liga\u00e7\u00f5es e conversas, a gente conseguiu em menos de 24 horas uma licen\u00e7a da Fepam&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Turismo e educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O turismo \u00e9 apresentado como possibilidade de desenvolvimento regional. Lucchese cita o Cristo Protetor, em Encantado, e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o Vale dos Vinhedos, destacando o potencial de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica em hot\u00e9is, restaurantes e outros servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na educa\u00e7\u00e3o, defende a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores, o fortalecimento da forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens e a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das oportunidades de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Filho de professora municipal, afirma conhecer as dificuldades enfrentadas pela categoria e relaciona a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais \u00e0s perspectivas dos estudantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desenvolvimento regional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lucchese relaciona infraestrutura, sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, turismo e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos ao crescimento do Vale do Taquari. &#8220;A principal obra do Vale do Taquari s\u00e3o as pessoas&#8221;, afirma.
