Desde 2021, a cooperativa conduz um planejamento estrat\u00e9gico voltado \u00e0 substitui\u00e7\u00e3o gradual do \u00f3leo mineral pelo vegetal, movimento que ganha for\u00e7a com a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das compras desses equipamentos e a inclus\u00e3o de transformadores trif\u00e1sicos e de for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A iniciativa come\u00e7a pelos transformadores monof\u00e1sicos e evolui para os trif\u00e1sicos, cuja aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o passa a seguir exclusivamente o padr\u00e3o de \u00f3leo vegetal a partir de 2024. Com isso, a Certel deixa de comprar equipamentos abastecidos com \u00f3leo mineral e direciona os novos investimentos para uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o que oferece vantagens t\u00e9cnicas e ambientais. \u201c\u00c9 um \u00f3leo que substitui o \u00f3leo mineral com grandes benef\u00edcios tanto na quest\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, mas principalmente na quest\u00e3o ambiental\u201d, destaca o vice-presidente da cooperativa, Daniel Luis Sechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m de contribuir para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos ambientais, a tecnologia apresenta maior resist\u00eancia a temperaturas elevadas e sobrecargas, caracter\u00edsticas que favorecem a robustez dos equipamentos e a qualidade da energia distribu\u00edda. Outro diferencial est\u00e1 na possibilidade de reduzir os danos ambientais em caso de vazamento, j\u00e1 que o \u00f3leo vegetal apresenta menor impacto sobre o meio ambiente em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00f3leo mineral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toda a rede<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o envolve uma rede com aproximadamente 9,8 mil transformadores instalados, dos quais cerca de 950 j\u00e1 utilizam \u00f3leo vegetal. O investimento acumulado supera R$ 1 milh\u00e3o e contempla os 48 munic\u00edpios atendidos pela cooperativa. A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos ocorre conforme as necessidades da rede, incluindo novos loteamentos, substitui\u00e7\u00f5es de unidades com defeito e locais que exigem aumento de pot\u00eancia para atender \u00e0 demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estrat\u00e9gia tamb\u00e9m considera a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos da tecnologia. Inicialmente, entre 2019 e 2020, os transformadores a \u00f3leo vegetal apresentam um valor agregado mais elevado, o que leva a cooperativa a avaliar os investimentos necess\u00e1rios diante dos benef\u00edcios previstos. Com o avan\u00e7o da tecnologia e condi\u00e7\u00f5es de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o mais atrativas, a Certel amplia a ado\u00e7\u00e3o e consolida a mudan\u00e7a em sua pol\u00edtica de compras. \u201cDo p\u00e1tio da Certel hoje, os transformadores que saem praticamente todos s\u00e3o a \u00f3leo vegetal\u201d, afirma o diretor operacional, Sim\u00e3o Diehl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G<\/strong><strong>randes estruturas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O avan\u00e7o da iniciativa alcan\u00e7a equipamentos de maior porte, utilizados em instala\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas para o fornecimento de energia. A nova subesta\u00e7\u00e3o de Forquetinha e a usina Vale do Leite passam a integrar esse movimento com transformadores de for\u00e7a abastecidos com \u00f3leo vegetal, ampliando a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da tecnologia para al\u00e9m da rede convencional de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na usina Vale do Leite, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o representa um marco para a cooperativa, que passa a contar com um transformador de for\u00e7a dessa categoria em sua estrutura de gera\u00e7\u00e3o.
