A ferramenta est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel na Central de Servi\u00e7os do DetranRS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o diretor-geral do Daer, Luciano Faustino, a iniciativa contribui para dar encaminhamento \u00e0s situa\u00e7\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios que regularizaram as tarifas de ped\u00e1gio, mas j\u00e1 haviam pago as multas correspondentes. \u201cEstamos trabalhando para que os motoristas que se enquadram nos crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos possam solicitar a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o de forma simples e segura. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os \u00e9 fundamental para viabilizar esse processo e garantir que os usu\u00e1rios tenham acesso \u00e0 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores a que t\u00eam direito\u201d, afirma. No Rio Grande do Sul, 923 mil multas relacionadas ao free flow foram anuladas ap\u00f3s a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o das passagens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A anula\u00e7\u00e3o das multas segue a Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o Contran n\u00ba 277\/2026, que estabeleceu um prazo de 200 dias para os motoristas regularizarem as tarifas pendentes sem receber novas penalidades. O per\u00edodo termina em 16 de novembro. A consulta pode ser feita pelo aplicativo CNH do Brasil ou pelo site da concession\u00e1ria CSG (<a href=\"http:\/\/freeflow.csg.com.br\">freeflow.csg.com.br<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depois desse prazo, os usu\u00e1rios ter\u00e3o 30 dias, a partir da passagem pelo p\u00f3rtico, para pagar a tarifa. Quem n\u00e3o cumprir o per\u00edodo poder\u00e1 receber multa e outras penalidades previstas no C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Como solicitar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pedido deve ser feito pela <a href=\"https:\/\/pcsdetran.rs.gov.br\">Central de Servi\u00e7os do DetranRS<\/a>. O motorista deve acessar a plataforma e selecionar \u201cRequerer restitui\u00e7\u00e3o infra\u00e7\u00e3o Free Flow\u201d. Em seguida, enrar com a conta Gov.br, informar o c\u00f3digo do \u00f3rg\u00e3o fiscalizador e o n\u00famero de s\u00e9rie da multa. Por fim, deve clicar em \u201cRequerer devolu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s o envio, o pedido ser\u00e1 analisado.
