A Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, por meio do Centro de Controle de Zoonoses e Vetores, realiza mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Adote um Amiguinho. A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre no per\u00edodo da tarde, entre 13h e 16h, no Canil Municipal de Lajeado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"justify\">Atualmente, o Canil Municipal tem 123 c\u00e3es, dos quais mais de 80 estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para ado\u00e7\u00e3o. Os demais n\u00e3o est\u00e3o liberados para ado\u00e7\u00e3o por serem filhotes, estarem em tratamento ou ainda n\u00e3o serem castrados. Em 2017, foram adotados 51 c\u00e3es, o que ainda n\u00e3o resolveu o problema de superlota\u00e7\u00e3o do local, que tem capacidade para 99 c\u00e3es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"justify\">Antes de serem disponibilizados \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o, os c\u00e3es s\u00e3o vacinados e castrados, a fim de reduzir a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o e diminuir o n\u00famero de animais abandonados. \u201cNo canil realizamos um trabalho de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o com os animais, para ent\u00e3o serem adotados e retornarem \u00e0 sociedade no lar de alguma fam\u00edlia. Temos muitos c\u00e3es adultos, que infelizmente recebem menos procura por ado\u00e7\u00f5es. Por\u00e9m, assim como os filhotes, eles tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam sua pr\u00f3pria maneira de expressar e retribuir o amor e carinho recebidos\u201d, salientou Juliana Zanetti, m\u00e9dica veterin\u00e1ria e respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnica do Canil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"justify\">Durante a semana, o hor\u00e1rio de visita\u00e7\u00e3o do canil \u00e9 das 8h30 \u00e0s 11h e das 13h30 \u00e0s 16h. Para realizar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar CPF, RG e comprovante de resid\u00eancia do adotante.
