Entre os dias 07 e 11 de agosto a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o realiza, por meio de parceria entre a Diretoria de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais (DRI) e o curso de Gastronomia, a segunda Semana Gastron\u00f4mica Internacional. Na ocasi\u00e3o, a Espanha ir\u00e1 inspirar lanches e pratos t\u00edpicos, que ser\u00e3o oferecidos em lanchonetes e restaurantes do campus.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante o per\u00edodo, o lanche oferecido ser\u00e1 a tortilla espanhola e os pratos ser\u00e3o escolhidos conforme disponibilidade de insumos nos restaurantes. As op\u00e7\u00f5es v\u00e3o desde a paella valenciana, tartare de atum, batatas bravas, cogumelos recheados, cozido madrilenho, zarzuela, gaspacho, fabada asturiana, batatas recheadas at\u00e9 a paella de frutos do mar, abobrinhas recheadas e as tapas espanholas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al\u00e9m disso, na quarta-feira, dia 09, ocorre o workshop !Bienvenido a Espa\u00f1a!. A partir das 18h, uma aluna espanhola, que realiza interc\u00e2mbio na Univates neste semestre, e uma aluna da Univates que esteve durante um per\u00edodo em solos espanh\u00f3is relatam experi\u00eancia vividas no pa\u00eds europeu. Para participar da atividade, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo site\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.univates.br\/sistemas\/inscricoes\/process-1319\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.univates.br\/sistemas\/inscricoes\/process-1319<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As atividades buscam aproximar a comunidade acad\u00eamica de experi\u00eancias internacionais, ou seja, proporcionam uma esp\u00e9cie de interc\u00e2mbio cultural sem sair de casa. A primeira Semana Gastron\u00f4mica foi realizada em junho, tendo como tema a cultura mexicana.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A cada edi\u00e7\u00e3o o evento traz pratos de um pa\u00eds que tenha universidades parceiras da Univates.
