Este era o sentimento de Jorge Luiz Marques de Siqueira, morador do Loteamento Popular III, e do gr\u00e1fico Gildor de Vargas, do Loteamento Popular IV, no Bairro Boa Uni\u00e3o, que na tarde desta sexta-feira (24.11) receberam do Governo de Estrela as escrituras de seus im\u00f3veis. \u00a0A entrega dos documentos foi feita pelo vice-prefeito Valmor Griebeler e pelo agente de Desenvolvimento da Secretaria do Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico (Seplade), Marcos Quadros. \u201cEstou muito feliz. Ter a escritura nos d\u00e1 seguran\u00e7a\u201d, disse Luiz Siqueira, que h\u00e1 22 anos reside no loteamento e aguardava a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Gildor de Vargas, morador do Loteamento IV h\u00e1 15 anos, expressou o mesmo sentimento de seguran\u00e7a. \u201cFoi muito trabalho, mas valeu a parceria\u201d, declarou, referindo-se ao apoio recebido do Governo de Estrela. Com as duas entregas, agora j\u00e1 s\u00e3o mais de 130 lotes regularizados. Este processo iniciou em 2013 atrav\u00e9s do projeto &#8220;Minha Escritura&#8221; e a meta da Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico \u00e9 entregar 178 escrituras.<br \/>\nPara o vice-prefeito Valmor Griebeler as escrituras s\u00e3o um instrumento de cidadania. A partir de agora, frisa, os moradores s\u00e3o donos de fato de suas propriedades, porque at\u00e9 o momento os im\u00f3veis estavam em nome do munic\u00edpio de Estrela. &#8220;O documento confere dignidade e cidadania aos moradores&#8221;, enfatizou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o.
