A entrega foi feita pelo prefeito em exerc\u00edcio Valmor Griebeler, que os recebeu em seu gabinete. Foi acompanhada pelo agente de Desenvolvimento da Secretaria do Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico (Seplade), Marcos Quadros, respons\u00e1vel pelos processos, e pelo ex-vereador Osmar Ferrari.<\/p>\n<p>Acompanhada do esposo Valdir Ant\u00f4nio Hauschild, Elaine resumiu o sentimento de obter o documento do im\u00f3vel onde reside h\u00e1 sete anos: \u201c\u00c9 uma grande conquista, a garantia de posse\u201d, frisou. \u00a0\u201cFicamos t\u00e3o felizes quanto voc\u00eas, pois a escritura \u00e9 uma seguran\u00e7a para os propriet\u00e1rios\u201d, disse o prefeito em exerc\u00edcio. Conforme Valmor, a partir de agora os moradores s\u00e3o donos de fato, porque anteriormente as \u00e1reas estavam em nome do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>Com mais estas duas escrituras entregues, agora j\u00e1 s\u00e3o 140 os im\u00f3veis regularizados pelo Governo de Estrela. Este processo iniciou em 2013 atrav\u00e9s do projeto &#8220;Minha Escritura&#8221;.
