O objetivo \u00e9 formar profissionais qualificados capazes de gerar, disseminar e aplicar conhecimento cient\u00edfico, tecnol\u00f3gico e legal voltado ao sistema agroalimentar de alimentos, subsidiando uma vis\u00e3o integrada das perspectivas socioambientais e econ\u00f4micas na produ\u00e7\u00e3o agroindustrial familiar, e aos processos de licenciamento de empreendimentos, sustentabilidade produtiva e tratamento adequado dos res\u00edduos.<\/p>\n<p>O PPGSAS possui \u00e1rea de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o em Tutela Jur\u00eddica Ambiental, com linhas de pesquisa em Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o para Empreendimentos Agroindustriais e Bases Ecol\u00f3gicas para o Licenciamento Ambiental. E \u00e1rea em Sustentabilidade da Cadeia Produtiva, com linhas de pesquisa em Efici\u00eancia Produtiva na Agroind\u00fastria e Sistemas Produtivos Agroindustriais Avan\u00e7ados.
