O ex-procurador-geral da Prefeitura de Teut\u00f4nia, advogado Gustavo Fregapani de Almeida, foi liberado do Pres\u00eddio Estadual de Lajeado na noite desta ter\u00e7a-feira (03\/04). Por decis\u00e3o de um desembargador do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul (TJ\/RS), foi concedido um “habeas corpus”, em car\u00e1ter liminar, encaminhada pelo advogado Ronaldo Eckhardt, de Lajeado.<\/p>\n

O habeas corpus, por interm\u00e9dio de liminar, foi deferido pelo desembargador J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Finger, da Quarta C\u00e2mara Criminal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul (TJ\/RS).<\/p>\n

Fregapani foi preso preventivamente dia 28 de mar\u00e7o, na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Schmutzige H\u00e4nde (M\u00e3os Sujas), liderada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Teut\u00f4nia, com apoio do Nimp, Gaeco, TCE e Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n
