A advogada do ex-chefe de gabinete Alexandre Peters e do ex-chefe do Setor de Compras, Caciano Krahl, Dra. \u00cdris Tramontini, tamb\u00e9m foi contatada pela reportagem. Ela ainda n\u00e3o informou todos os procedimentos que ser\u00e3o adotados na defesa de ambos. Disse apenas que “n\u00e3o h\u00e1 provas suficientes para mant\u00ea-los presos”.<\/p>\n

Nesta quarta-feira (04\/04), o desembargador J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Finger, da Quarta C\u00e2mara Criminal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (TJ\/RS), negou o pedido de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de Alexandre Peters e Caciano Krahl. A advogada \u00cdris Tramontini encaminhou o pedido como uma extens\u00e3o \u00e0 ordem de soltura de Gustavo Fregapani. Entendia que o mesmo benef\u00edcio deveria ser concedido aos seus representados, o que foi negado pelo desembargador.<\/p>\n

“O desembargador n\u00e3o concedeu essa libera\u00e7\u00e3o porque considerou diferentes as condi\u00e7\u00f5es”, segundo a advogada de defesa, \u00cdris Tramontini. “Vamos encaminhar o Habeas Corpus em breve”. A advogada salientou que o processo ainda est\u00e1 em fase de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e que est\u00e1 colaborando com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive acompanhando um de seus clientes para interrogat\u00f3rio. “Por isso, ainda n\u00e3o deu tempo de ingressar com o HC”.<\/p>\n
