Vem a\u00ed a segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0Garibaldi<\/span>\u00a0Gastr\u00f4, com oficinas gastron\u00f4micas e degusta\u00e7\u00f5es ministradas por grandes chefs e sommeliers de todo o pa\u00eds. Ser\u00e1 nos dias 16 e 17 de agosto, na Confraria da Tramontina, em\u00a0Garibaldi<\/span>. Al\u00e9m desse grande encontro de saberes e sabores em dois dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o, o gran finale vai ser um jantar autoral nos vag\u00f5es da Maria Fuma\u00e7a, assinado pelos chefs convidados e harmonizado com vinhos e espumantes das vin\u00edcolas apoiadoras. Encerrando o jantar, o trem ainda far\u00e1 um passeio de ida e volta a Carlos Barbosa.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Nos dois dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o, os visitantes ser\u00e3o recebidos num espa\u00e7o de relacionamento oferecido pelos patrocinadores, a partir das 13h30min. Chefs como Duaine Clements, do elogiado Quinta dos Manac\u00e1s, no Esp\u00edrito Santo, Nat\u00e1lia Tussi, do Roister, e Pedro Mattos, do 20Barra9, est\u00e3o confirmados.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

O\u00a0Garibaldi<\/span>\u00a0Gastr\u00f4 \u00e9 aberto ao p\u00fablico e os ingressos s\u00e3o vendidos separadamente para as oficinas e o jantar.
