O trecho que receber\u00e1 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 593 metros, localizado entre a rua Jo\u00e3o Batista de Mello e o entroncamento da Travessa Christiano Schmidt com a rua Quinze\u00a0de Novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o de recapeamento para a avenida Benjamin Constant, onde 826 metros de extens\u00e3o ser\u00e3o melhorados, desde o cruzamento com a rua Tiradentes at\u00e9 a Borges de Medeiros. O recapeamento da Benjamin est\u00e1 previsto come\u00e7ar\u00a0ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o na rua Jo\u00e3o Abott.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos os projetos, elaborados pela Coordenadoria Especial de Capta\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos, foram aprovados junto \u00e0 Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, sendo que a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das obras est\u00e1 a cargo da Secretaria de Obras e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos. A empresa vencedora da licita\u00e7\u00e3o foi a Construtora Giovanella, que est\u00e1 realizando os trabalhos.<\/p>\n<p>Junto \u00e0s obras, est\u00e1 sendo feita a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a044\u00a0rampas para cadeirantes e nova sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1ria nas duas ruas.
