O l\u00edder local do Slow Food, Rodrigo Bellora, explica que, para o movimento, as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o e o planeta s\u00e3o indissoci\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>O Natal Borbulhante \u00e9 realizado pela prefeitura de\u00a0Garibaldi, por meio da Secretaria de Turismo e Cultura. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o se estende por 10 dias e come\u00e7a com o acendimento das luzes de Natal na rua Buarque de Macedo. Esse ano, o evento ser\u00e1 de 11 a 20 de dezembro e todas as noites haver\u00e1 atra\u00e7\u00f5es art\u00edsticas na pra\u00e7a. A coordena\u00e7\u00e3o gastron\u00f4mica \u00e9 do SHRBS e da Aviga para as vin\u00edcolas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais sobre o Slow Food<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O lema alimento \u201cbom, limpo e justo\u201d que o Slow Food difunde diz respeito ao prazer da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o redescobrindo os sabores e ingredientes da cozinha regional, valorizando a produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola do entorno, preservando as ra\u00edzes gastron\u00f4micas locais e respeitando a sazonalidade na oferta de alimentos. Qualquer um pode ser membro do Slow Food. O movimento \u00e9 baseado no voluntariado e ativismo.<\/p>\n<p>O conv\u00edvio Slow Food Primeira Col\u00f4nia Italiana tem sede em\u00a0Garibaldi\u00a0e conta com o apoio da Secretaria de Turismo e Cultura local.
