Al\u00e9m disso, ele se recusou a realizar o teste do etil\u00f4metro. A abordagem ocorreu por volta das 17h30 de quinta-feira (02\/05), no km 422 da BR 386, em Montenegro. Ele estava conduzindo um VW Jetta, placa de Carazinho. O autom\u00f3vel estava com far\u00f3is de xen\u00f4nio, pel\u00edculas irregulares e rebaixado, sem Certificado de Seguran\u00e7a Veicular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em consulta aos sistemas, os policiais constataram a irregularidade na CNH e que o licenciamento do ve\u00edculo estava vencido desde 2016. Ao ser convidado a realizar o teste do etil\u00f4metro, o condutor se negou. O homem tem 39 anos e deslocava-se de Porto Alegre para Carazinho, onde reside. Ele foi liberado ap\u00f3s receber as autua\u00e7\u00f5es, que juntas somam R$ 5.379,45.
