Pode amassar um dente e colocar na sua comida ou colocar na lentilha, na sopa ou no refogado quando estes j\u00e1 estiverem prontos para serem servidos. Ou num ch\u00e1, conforme sua criatividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uma receita muito boa \u00e9 AIOLI<\/strong>: fazer uma maionese caseira com gema de ovo, bater com o \u00f3leo de Girassol (n\u00e3o usar canola, nem soja, nem milho) e alho cru amassado. Ap\u00f3s a semana do desafio, deve permanecer. Assim, estar\u00e1 melhorando sua sa\u00fade a cada dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u00aa semana &#8211; abril 2020:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ATIVIDADE F\u00cdSICA 1 <\/strong>&#8211; prancha abdominal est\u00e1tico (isom\u00e9trico) \u2013 1 minuto na posi\u00e7\u00e3o conforme a figura. Permanecer 1 minuto diariamente.
