{"id":81221,"date":"2021-03-21T14:38:46","date_gmt":"2021-03-21T17:38:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/?p=81221"},"modified":"2021-03-21T15:38:24","modified_gmt":"2021-03-21T18:38:24","slug":"desembargador-suspende-liminar-municipios-poderao-fazer-cogestao-e-comercio-reabrir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2021\/03\/21\/desembargador-suspende-liminar-municipios-poderao-fazer-cogestao-e-comercio-reabrir\/","title":{"rendered":"Desembargador suspende liminar, munic\u00edpios poder\u00e3o fazer cogest\u00e3o e com\u00e9rcio reabrir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00c0s 14h04 deste domingo (21\/3), o desembargador Marco Aur\u00e9lio Heinz, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do RS, derrubou a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2021\/03\/20\/justica-suspende-retomada-da-cogestao-no-rio-grande-do-sul\/\">liminar do juiz Eug\u00eanio Couto Terra<\/a><\/strong>, que impedia a volta da cogest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heinz acatou os argumentos da Procuradoria Geral do Estado (PGE), que <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/folhapopular.info\/index.php\/2021\/03\/20\/procuradoria-geral-do-estado-recorre-da-suspensao-da-cogestao\/\">recorreu da liminar<\/a><\/strong> ainda no s\u00e1bado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a derrubada da liminar, <strong>a cogest\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser retomada pelas regi\u00f5es e pelos munic\u00edpios<\/strong>. Primeiro a regi\u00e3o ter\u00e1 que apresentar as flexibiliza\u00e7\u00f5es permitidas de preto para vermelho. Depois, os munic\u00edpios podem emitir seus decretos pr\u00f3prios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Vale do Taquari e muitos munic\u00edpios j\u00e1 tinham os decretos prontos para flexibilizar o trabalho de comerciantes e prestadores de servi\u00e7os.
