O Espa\u00e7o Aberto teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do coordenador-geral da Famurs, Salmo Dias de Oliveira, na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (26\/7). Ele trouxe informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da segunda reuni\u00e3o do GT Corsan entre Famurs, Estado e munic\u00edpios, no dia de amanh\u00e3, ter\u00e7a-feira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com Salmo, uma s\u00e9rie de reuni\u00f5es t\u00eam sido realizadas com os munic\u00edpios ga\u00fachos, visto que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que os prefeitos tenham conhecimento sobre os dois projetos que ser\u00e3o apreciados na Assembleia Legislativa, a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Corsan e a regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O coordenador destaca que as decis\u00f5es devem ser tomadas considerando o marco regulat\u00f3rio nacional de 2033, que pontua que todos os munic\u00edpios precisam oferecer a universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua tratada e do esgoto sanit\u00e1rio, o que hoje \u00e9 deficit\u00e1rio em nosso Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O encaminhamento da privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Corsan \u00e9 pelo fato de que o Estado entende que n\u00e3o possui recursos pr\u00f3prios para cumprir o marco regulat\u00f3rio at\u00e9 o ano estipulado em lei nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme Oliveira, diz respeito aos munic\u00edpios maiores ajudarem a financiar os menores, trabalhando de forma coletiva regionalmente. J\u00e1 a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o atingir\u00e1 somente os munic\u00edpios que possuem v\u00ednculo com a Corsan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 preciso garantir a cada munic\u00edpio, em suas individualidades, a forma de gerenciar a \u00e1gua e o esgoto. \u00c9 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o cuidado com o meio ambiente e \u00e9 preciso ter responsabilidade com ambos, pontua o coordenador-geral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
