O Espa\u00e7o Aberto teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do secret\u00e1rio do Meio Ambiente e Infraestrutura do Estado, Luiz Henrique Viana, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (25\/8). Ele trouxe informa\u00e7\u00f5es em nome do Estado, sobre os projetos do Marco Regulat\u00f3rio do Saneamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O secret\u00e1rio pontua que o marco do saneamento \u00e9 lei federal que obriga todos os munic\u00edpios a terem, at\u00e9 o ano de 2033, 90% de esgotamento sanit\u00e1rio e 99% de agua pot\u00e1vel, o que ele entende como meta muito ousada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma n\u00e3o presta\u00e7\u00e3o desse servi\u00e7o, principalmente do saneamento, traz consequ\u00eancias graves \u00e0 sociedade, principalmente na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade. Se os munic\u00edpios n\u00e3o participarem da regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o estes ficar\u00e3o impedidos de contratar recursos p\u00fablicos, destaca Luiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estudos demonstram que para cumprir a meta do marco regulat\u00f3rio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 \u00e1gua, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios investimentos de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o ao ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viana explicou que as associa\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00e1gua podem participar desse processo e o munic\u00edpio possui a titularidade e pode contratar o servi\u00e7o com quem entender melhor. Por\u00e9m, perder\u00e1 recursos federais se n\u00e3o for pela regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
