O Espa\u00e7o Aberto teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da secret\u00e1ria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura, Turismo e Desporto de Westf\u00e1lia, Elisangela Schneider Wieth\u00f6lter, e da coordenadora do projeto, Fabieli Wasem Magedanz, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (10\/11). Elas destacaram o novo projeto que o munic\u00edpio oferece voltado ao envelhecimento ativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ideia do projeto, de acordo com Elisangela, veio de um trabalho que Fabieli j\u00e1 realizava junto \u00e0 assist\u00eancia social, que envolvia pessoas de mais idade. A partir disso, se observou a necessidade deste trabalho ser vinculado ao desporto, pontuou a secret\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabieli explicou que inicialmente os encontros acontecem quinzenalmente no Esporte Clube Flamengo, com o pr\u00f3ximo agendado para o dia 17 deste m\u00eas. Neste momento, tem se buscado divulgar mais o projeto, mostrando a sua import\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 atender todos que possuem o interesse de terem um envelhecimento mais ativo. A coordenadora do projeto coloca que atividades, como alongamento e c\u00e2mbio, s\u00e3o praticadas nestas tardes de encontro. Podem participar pessoas a partir dos 50 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabieli ressalta que um idoso ativo requer menos depend\u00eancia. A atividade f\u00edsica n\u00e3o custa nada e \u00e9 uma medica\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria, melhorando a qualidade de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao longo da entrevista, a secret\u00e1ria destaca que a programa\u00e7\u00e3o natalina do munic\u00edpio ainda est\u00e1 sendo planejada, mas convida a comunidade westfaliana a se organizar para o dia 18 de dezembro, quando ter\u00e1 uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o no parque de eventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
