As Ag\u00eancias FGTAS\/Sine ter\u00e3o atendimento preferencial para mulheres, amanh\u00e3, ter\u00e7a-feira, 8 de mar\u00e7o, em alus\u00e3o ao Dia da Mulher. O evento denominado A\u00e7\u00e3o Mulher \u00e9 promovido pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ga\u00facha do Trabalho e A\u00e7\u00e3o Social e tamb\u00e9m contar\u00e1 com entrevistas de emprego e atividades de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, al\u00e9m dos servi\u00e7os gratuitos de intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o de obra e de encaminhamento do benef\u00edcio do seguro-desemprego. Ao todo, as unidades da FGTAS disp\u00f5em de 6.147 vagas de emprego no RS.
Confira, a seguir, a programa\u00e7\u00e3o do evento em algumas Ag\u00eancias FGTAS\/Sine:
– Alegrete:<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos mimos e oferecidos os servi\u00e7os de limpeza de pele e de maquiagem;
– Bag\u00e9:<\/strong>\u00a0orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de curr\u00edculos e comportamento em entrevista de emprego, al\u00e9m da presen\u00e7a de representantes do Senac que distribuir\u00e3o brindes;
– Frederico Westphalen:<\/strong>\u00a0haver\u00e1 entrevistas para vagas de atendente de lanchonete, al\u00e9m de sorteios e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de brindes;
– Gravata\u00ed:<\/strong>\u00a0guich\u00ea de atendimento preferencial para os servi\u00e7os de intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o, seguro-desemprego e Carteira de Trabalho Digital e atendimento preferencial para mulheres interessadas em realizar o teste para obten\u00e7\u00e3o da Carteira de Artes\u00e3o;
– Nova Prata:<\/strong>\u00a0duas empresas realizar\u00e3o entrevistas na Ag\u00eancia;
– Porto Alegre Azenha:<\/strong>\u00a0entrevistas de emprego, palestra, \u00e0s 10h, sobre Empoderamento feminino no mercado de trabalho, com a advogada de Master Coaching, Andreia Fioravante, e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de flores;
– Uruguaiana:<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 realizada uma palestra, \u00e0s 9h, sobre o tema \u201cImagem: uma aliada da sua marca pessoal\u201d com a especialista em Marketing Estrat\u00e9gico e Digital, Valqu\u00edria Studier Guedes, no sal\u00e3o nobre da Prefeitura Municipal; o evento na ag\u00eancia contar\u00e1 com equipes dos Centros de Refer\u00eancia de Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 CRAS;
– Veran\u00f3polis:<\/strong>\u00a0processos de recrutamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o, encaminhamento de Carteiras de Artes\u00e3o e entrega de mimos, das 9h \u00e0s 11h e das 14h \u00e0s 16h;

Perfil das mulheres inscritas nas Ag\u00eancias FGTAS\/Sine<\/strong>
Em 2021, 38.363 mulheres inscreveram-se no Sistema Nacional de Emprego (Sine), por meio das Ag\u00eancias FGTAS\/Sine. Desse total, 34.437 encontravam-se em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de desemprego e 1.381 estavam \u00e0 procura do primeiro emprego. Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 faixa et\u00e1ria, 41,9% tinham entre 18 e 24 anos; 14,9%, 30 e 39 anos; 13,6%, 40 e 49 anos; 10,6%, 50 e 64 anos; e 10,3%, 25 e 29 anos. A maioria declarava-se branca (79%). Mulheres pardas e pretas representavam 8,6% e 6,5%, respectivamente. Sobre o papel que desempenhavam na fam\u00edlia, 59,9% compunham a renda, 17,7% eram chefes de fam\u00edlia e 16%, dependentes. Ainda, 28.600 eram solteiras; 4.683, casadas e 1.174 tinham uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel.
No que tange \u00e0 escolaridade, 43,1% possu\u00edam Ensino M\u00e9dio completo; 11,8%, Fundamental completo e 5,5%, Superior completo.
