O prazo vai at\u00e9 o dia 29 de abril, mas quanto mais anteced\u00eancia no envio, mais vantagens o contribuinte pode ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das principais \u00e9 ter mais chances de receber a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o nos primeiros lotes de pagamento. O contribuinte tamb\u00e9m ganha mais tempo para identificar e corrigir eventuais erros, evitando cair na malha fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O programa est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para download no site da Receita Federal. As restitui\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7ar\u00e3o a ser pagas no fim de maio e v\u00e3o at\u00e9 setembro \u2013 s\u00e3o cinco lotes de pagamento, um por m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obriga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria para as pessoas que receberam rendimentos tribut\u00e1veis superiores a R$ 28.559,70 em 2021. Para atividade rural, \u00e9 para quem teve receita bruta superior a R$ 142.798,50 no ano passado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m devem fazer a declara\u00e7\u00e3o: os contribuintes com rendimentos isentos, n\u00e3o-tribut\u00e1veis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, de mais de R$ 40 mil; aqueles com patrim\u00f4nio de mais de R$ 300 mil e os que tiveram ganho de capital na aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de bens ou direitos ou fez opera\u00e7\u00f5es na bolsa de valores, incluindo os dependentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Independente da renda, a declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria ainda para quem passou a residir no Brasil no ano passado e para quem vendeu im\u00f3veis residenciais e comprou outro at\u00e9 180 dias depois da venda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto o preenchimento quanto a entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser feitas por meio do programa gerador do Imposto de Renda 2022, referente ao ano-base 2021. O programa tem vers\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis para computador e celular.
